Clients agree to provide accurate information during service procurement. Clients are responsible for ensuring that our personnel have access to necessary facilities and information required to perform services. Clients must notify DSS Nextgen of any special requirements, security concerns, or policy changes that may affect service delivery.
Payment for services shall be made according to the agreed-upon terms in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. DSS Nextgen reserves the right to review and adjust pricing upon contract renewal based on market conditions and service requirements.
DSS Nextgen is committed to maintaining client confidentiality. All information shared by clients will be treated as confidential and used only for service delivery purposes. Employees are bound by confidentiality agreements and professional standards.
While DSS Nextgen commits to professional service delivery, we do not guarantee zero incidents. Our services are based on industry standards and best practices. Any incidents or issues must be reported immediately to enable timely response and resolution.
Service contracts specify the term of agreement. Either party may terminate services as per agreed terms and notice periods. DSS Nextgen reserves the right to suspend services immediately if clients violate these terms or breach the service agreement.
All DSS Nextgen personnel meet minimum fitness, training, and background verification standards. Equipment provided is regularly maintained and complies with all safety regulations. Clients are responsible for reporting any deficiencies or equipment failures immediately.
DSS Nextgen maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all operations. Clients should verify their own insurance coverage for comprehensive protection. We recommend liability insurance for all security-related risks beyond our service scope.
Any disputes arising from service agreements shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be addressed according to applicable arbitration procedures before pursuing legal action.
These Terms & Conditions and all related agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
